I take on a small number of advisory engagements with founders building at the frontier of technology.
My most useful engagements tend to be at seed and Series A, when the question is no longer "does this work?" but "what is this for, and who is it for?" I help founders think through product strategy, go-to-market, and how to tell the story of novel technology to customers, investors and partners who don't yet have the vocabulary for it.
I've done this across deeptech, inference computing, spatial AI and consumer hardware. I'm particularly interested in working with founders building in the UK AI and sovereign compute ecosystem.
What I can help with
Product strategy at the moment of commercialisation. Go-to-market for deep tech — finding early customers, structuring pilots, building pipeline before the category exists. Narrative and positioning for frontier technology. Developer and creator ecosystems. Board and investor communication.
How it works
I work with a maximum of three or four companies at a time. I'm not a fractional CPO or a traditional consultant — I work best as a thinking partner to the founding team, embedded enough to understand the technology and the organisation.
